Relational Mind Map

Due to heavy request and the community’s right to know,  I have posted the often discussed mind map that clearly exposes a tight knit network of community leaders that in of itself does NOT prove corruption or abuse of power, but does validate fears about such and does show that given the relational structure how easily cover-ups, false charges and even financial crimes can be carried out with little to no risk of accountability.

It also shows how indeed this rape case could have been easily compromised whether intentional or otherwise given how easily information can be shared and based on Jane Hanlin’s testimony, suggests that unnecessary inter-agency information sharing has indeed and may continue to occur.

Remember this is a work in progress and will continue to be refined and evolved as new information comes to light. Much of this information started with your tips, each of you providing what little piece you had and confirmed by us. Thank you, even small acts of courage can have huge impacts. Continue to share information and/or corrections and we promise to follow up and add what we can substantiate or confirm.

It is my hope that this will encourage you to not only continue to share what little you have but that you will no longer be fooled and see how even a little seemingly insignificant thing, when shared and united can become something powerful that cannot be ignored or undone.

Hopefully this in turn will empower and encourage you to demand the power be returned to the people of Steubenville and that those with whom it is entrusted with are accountable for their failures to use that power to serve the whole community.

Half justice, is injustice.
